The 16 partner institutions from 15 countries cover a representative sample of countries from all geographical regions of the enlarging European Union. This broad geographical coverage allows the collection of representative information on health related conditions in mental health care institutions, physical health status of residents, and the health related attitudes of residents and staff members across Europe.
